    I have been lifting 24kg KB for training now, and I thought that I should be able to perform a proper clean and press with a 24kg KB by now. But after a little while of observation from Jon, he told me that my form of a 'clean and press' became a 'side clean and press', which pretty much shows that more training is needed and I was then asked to reduce the weight for 'clean and press' to 20kg. How demotivated.
