WOD 083010

"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by t10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Recored reps from all 32 intervals.
Result: 104 Pull Ups / 112 Push Ups / 87 Sit Ups / 178 Squats = Total 481

At the top of every hour, run for 10 minutes of maximum distance possible, rest 50 minutes and repeat for 24 Hours. Use the 50 minutes between every effort to eat, sleep and recover. At the end of the 24 hours, total up the amount of distance covered.
