Killer! This workout totally kills my back! But it was good that I realize that I've improve because around a month ago, I can't even lift up 132lbs/60kg for more than 2 reps. It worth the pain!

This time, I did this without pushing myself very much. Probably because of the previous workout I did, I just don have enough energy for this. But surprisingly I've improve my timing by 2 minutes. Good news! I'm gonna claim "Filthy Fifthy" very soon.
