WOD 121508, Monday

"Mary"
20 minutes max rounds:
  • 5 Handstand Push Ups
  • 10 Single Leg Squats (Alternating)
  • 15 Pull Ups

  • Result: 14 rounds + (5 Handstand Push Ups)

    2nd attempt and it felt good! Not only I've manage to kill my previous result, I can also feel the difference comparing the first time attempting to "Mary". I've grew stronger ey?

    20 minutes max rounds:
  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

  • Result: 28 rounds + (3 Pull Ups)

    Seriously, it's no joke to break own's record. My previous record were 27 rounds, just imagine I'll have to out do 28 rounds for the next "Cindy" session! I'm so dead!

  • 50 Russian Twists @ 16kg
  • 25 Weighted Sit Ups @ 20lbs
