Official holiday for me. Got nag by the whole gang and was force to go for xray scan this morning of my lower back. So I did and I was told that I sprained my back and probably the sprain affected my spinal cot, that is why I'm having terrible pain. Well, at least it's not something serious.
I'm gonna start moving my butt before those junk food I've indulged turn into unnecessary extra weights in me. It's always bad to gain too much unwanted weights on a climber, it affect your performance of climbing and drawn you into depression for not be able to climb properly.
That's enough for rest, time for some work out!
