    Rushy day, been rushing the whole day. From home to work, work to customer's place, customer's place to gym, gym to appointment, appointment to home and finally from home back to hometown! And I'm actually blogging from my hometown.
    Basically I din't really workout much today, even my usual warm up has been replaced with 36 reps of burpees from 300 burpees challenge. But it was good that I've improve on my muscle ups! Gonna enjoy my weekend!
