Rest Day 120708, Sunday

  • Result: 1 whole day!

    The longest and sinful workout I've ever done! Been eating so much and worse of all, unhealthy foods! But I guess is alright to give myself some rest once awhile. Hopefully I can hold on to my determination after this weekend. December is surely 1 tough month for all dieters. I so feel you buddies.
