“Bear Complex”
7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
*Complete 5 rounds.
*Rest as needed between sets.
*Record loads for each round.
Result: 40kg / 50kg / 55kg / 57.5kg / 60kg(5rounds)
